The Full Story About
We are Ecuadorian coffee enthusiasts who are dedicated to elevating and professionalizing the Ecuadorian coffee industry and sharing our exceptional coffee with the world. At MONT COFFEE ECUADOR, we honor the unsung heroes of the coffee world and highlight the unique characteristics of this prodigious land that allows coffee growers and their communities to produce the highest quality Arabica coffee cherries. For the past five years, we have been deeply immersed in the small, picturesque coffee farms located in the four regions of Ecuador, from the imposing mountains of the Loja province to the enchanting Galapagos Islands, passing through the coastal plain of Manabí and the mythical Amazon rainforest. Each Ecuadorian coffee grower has a story of tradition to tell, and each harvest is an opportunity to improve their lives.

OUR ROASTER
After a decade as a consultant in high-performance team training through human talent development, his foray into coffee arises from a deep passion to explore a familiar yet unexplored world with more professional and technical methodologies.
This is how Norberto Vásquez, barista, taster, and roaster, possesses professional certifications in multiple disciplines from the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), such as barista, brewing, sensory skills, roasting, green coffee, and sustainability. Furthermore, his interest in deepening these knowledge areas led him to become a member of several specialized schools like Barista Hustle, a key element in his vision to professionalize the coffee industry. He now represents the only national-level coach and the first authorized SCA certifier in Ecuador.
